Symptom

The Trasdata software or FlashPoint Client software shows the error message: "Warning, no suitable plug-in found. Check plug-in status. [745] ".

Cause

This error occurs when there are no suitable plugin for the ECU's reading, because they are missing in the system.

Solution

Perform a software update and then connect the tool; automatically a firmware update will start.

Verify if the plug-in is now listed as available in the plug-in list.
