NewTrasdata software doesn't start.
Cause
This error occurs because software is looking for a file that is missing, or the crash is due to a file conflict.
Solution
Open C:\Windows\System32 directory, search for the "TrsdtDLL.dll" file, delete it and then re-open the NewTrasdata software.
If the problem is not fixed follow the following steps:
for Windows XP, Vista and 7 32 bit:
- click on Windows START button, click on RUN function (Xp) or Search bar (Vista/7), type in and run "%CommonProgramFiles%\DIMSPORT\DSUPDATE\DSUpdate.exe -TRASDATA".
for Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 64 bit:
- click on Windows START button, click on Search bar, type in and run "%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\DIMSPORT\DSUPDATE\DSUpdate.exe -TRASDATA".
Restart NewTrasdata software.
