How to disable SCR sysem (AdBlue)
1. If your car's dash plate features an SCR system error message, or the refill message appears before the estimated mileage,
you need to check and reset the SCR system with a tester.
Mazda cars usually have two SCR system malfunctions:
low level of AdBlue nad faulty heaters in the AdBlue tank.
The first fault is eliminated by topping of the Adblue tank.
The second defect is eliminated through the emulation of the heater.
For example you can use a low ohm high power resister or even a lightbulb.
Next you'll need to reset the service intervals and adaption relating the SCR/AdBlue system.
After those steps any SCR/Adblue errors should dissapear.
2. After those steps you can flash our SCR/AdBlue delete file.
3. After flashing our file you need to disable the SCR unit connector.
To do this you need to unscrew the driver seat and tilt it back, then lift the carpet.
Under there you will find the SCR unit. You need to unplug its connectors.
4. Screw the seat back and you're done!
