IF you want to perfrom a Delete or Tuning on a Caterpillar or Caterpillar engine equipped machine please follow those steps.
1.
Connect the CAT ET 2020B with the Caterpillar adapter to the machine you want to perfrom the modifications on.

Perfrom a product status report of the machine like shown here:
3. Send the product status report to support@tuning24.org..
We then check for the availability of the fil.e
4. When we give you the okay that the file is available make an appointment for a remote service on Tuning24.org
5. Disconnect all Sensors and modules of the system that need to get deleted.
For example: EGR valve, DPF sensors, Burner ECU, Aftertreatment ECU.
6. After that check for the active codes on the machine and send all the codes you have after disconnecting to support@tuning24.org..
7. Start your TeamViewer and give us the ID and Password.
8. We flash the modified file on the machine remotely.
9. When we are all finished you can start the machine and do a test run.
10. Finally you can remove the DPF filter unit from the exhaust system.
