Sometimes it can happen that some issues may appear after flashing a modified file on a machine.
Here is a guide on how to report any issues to get them resolved.
What we need to know:
The job number* **
The exact issue it's having
If it has any active codes, the code numbers and descriptions for the codes (in the best case from a diagnostic tool)
Check if anything on the machine is disconnected. If yes, tell us exactly what is disconnected
